At ATEC we believe in the development of our youth and to this end have chosen to work in partnership with Our Futures and the Engineering Development Trust to facilitate a proactive approach to encouraging the active involvement of members of the ATEC Team in developing strong relationships between industry and education and particularly between ATEC and our local schools.
The objective of this work is to create a smooth and informed path for young people to take their knowledge and experience built through their time at school and develop into employable and aspirational adults equipped with an awareness of the labour market, and the skills, qualities and experience to succeed.
ATEC has been based in Worsley since 1992 and recognises its responsibility towards the local communities where it is located as well as the communities where its staff and their families live.
We believe that employee engagement is a key part of our responsibility to help us both retain our workforce and attract talented new employees. Engaging properly with our employees, their families and our local communities is central to this objective.
